Mason HomeManagement LLC ("MHM," "we," "us," or"our") respects the privacy of visitors, prospective clients,clients, authorized household contacts, and others whose information we receivein connection with our private home management services. This Privacy Policyexplains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personalinformation through our website at www.masonhomemanagement.com or www.mhmstl.com (the "Site"), inquiries, intakeprocesses, and services.

This Policy isa notice of our practices and is not a contract or a request to provideunnecessary sensitive information. Our service agreements may containadditional confidentiality and data-security obligations.

1.Information We Collect

Information you provide. Names, contactdetails, mailing and property addresses, communications, consultation requests,service preferences, billing contact information, and information voluntarilysupplied about a Property or requested service.

Property and service information. Propertycharacteristics, systems and equipment, maintenance history, Vendor details,warranties, photographs, project records, occupancy-related instructions,emergency contacts, and access-related administrative records. We request thataccess credentials be transmitted through our designated secure method ratherthan ordinary email or website forms.

Payment information. Payment methodtype, billing details, transaction history, processor references, and limitedaccount identifiers such as the last four digits. Complete card or bankinformation may be collected directly by our payment processor and not storedby MHM.

Website and device information. InternetProtocol address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page,approximate location derived from an IP address, form activity, and cookie orsimilar technology data, depending on the Site's configuration.

Information from others. Informationfrom an Owner's authorized representative, Vendor, professional adviser,insurer, emergency contact, public record, or service provider when reasonablyrelated to an inquiry or authorized service.

2.How We Use Information

Service delivery. To respond toinquiries, evaluate requests, prepare proposals, onboard clients, coordinateauthorized services and Vendors, manage appointments, document conditions,maintain records, process payments, and communicate with clients.

Safety and security. To control access,protect people and property, respond to suspected emergencies, investigateincidents, prevent fraud or misuse, and secure our systems and records.

Operations and improvement. Toadminister the Site and business, troubleshoot, maintain accounting andinsurance records, train personnel, improve workflows, and analyze Siteperformance.

Legal purposes. To comply with law andlegal process, establish or defend legal rights, enforce agreements, cooperatewith insurers and advisers, and complete a business transaction such as amerger or asset sale.

Marketing. To send marketingcommunications only when permitted by law and consistent with the recipient'schoices. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchasing services, andrecipients may opt out using the message instructions or by contacting us.

Property Vendors and authorized recipients.We may disclose information reasonably necessary to coordinate anOwner-authorized service, provide access, respond to an Emergency, orcommunicate with a person the Owner has authorized.

Professional and legal recipients. Wemay disclose information to attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, lawenforcement, regulators, courts, or others when reasonably necessary or legallyrequired.

Business transactions. Information maybe disclosed in connection with a proposed or completed financing,reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, or transfer, subject to reasonableconfidentiality protections.

No sale representation. MHM does notsell personal information for money. If our practices change or an applicablelaw defines sale or targeted advertising more broadly, we will provide anynotice and choices required by that law.

4.Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site mayuse cookies and similar technologies for security, essential functionality,preferences, measurement, or other purposes described in our Cookie Policy. Thetechnologies actually used depend on the Site's configuration. Availablechoices may include browser controls and, if implemented, a Site preferencetool.

Please do not send passwords, alarm codes,complete payment information, or other highly sensitive credentials through anordinary contact form or unencrypted email.

You may ask toaccess, correct, or delete personal information that MHM maintains about you,or withdraw a marketing preference, by contacting us. We may verify identityand authority, deny or limit a request where permitted by law, and retaininformation required for legal, security, billing, or contractual purposes.Residents of a state with an applicable comprehensive privacy law may haveadditional rights described in any required supplemental notice.

8.Children's Privacy

The Site andMHM's services are intended for adults and are not directed to children underthirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly froma child under thirteen. An adult client should provide only the minimumhousehold information reasonably necessary for authorized services and shouldnot provide detailed information about a minor unless necessary for safety orservice coordination.

9.Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site maylink to services operated by others. Their privacy practices are governed bytheir own notices. MHM is not responsible for a third party's independentprivacy or security practices.

10.Security Incidents

MHM willevaluate suspected unauthorized access to or acquisition of personalinformation and provide notices required by applicable law. Clients shouldpromptly notify MHM of a suspected compromise involving Property access, sharedcredentials, or communications.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may updatethis Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or our practices. We willpost the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional noticewhen required.
