Homeowner contracts and pays each preferred service provider independently
MHM fees are calculated as 10% of the service providers’ invoice and only due upon your full satisfaction with the service provided.

Schedule an in-person concierge walk through whole home inspection. We then create a detailed, personalized maintenance schedule with attached recommended service providers.
you’ll receive a detailed report outlining our property overview and annual maintenance recommendations, complete with photos and descriptions as needed for better understanding.
Actionable Recommendations: clear recommendations for any necessary repairs or maintenance to keep your home in top condition.
This is a one-time service that can be scheduled to repeat annually if desired.

Example: water leak when you are out of town
Final fee can be adjusted based on needs, but general emergency assistance is offered for $75/hour
